Had an emergency and needed to empty out a basement room. Contacted Jonathan late at night and response was instant. He gave us accurate quotes, times available and was able to schedule for the next day. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and the invoice matched with the quote. Would definitely work with them again.

The turnaround on this job was incredible. Regular trash folks wouldn't touch the gigantic pile of junk out in front of the house. Contacted Jonathan and got the entire thing handled in a little over an hour from the first message to the last bag tossed into the truck. Responsiveness was top notch and the pricing is the best I've seen so far. Will be working with them again tomorrow morning on a bigger job.

Quote was fast, fair, and pickup was first thing the next morning. The workers were on time, very polite, and done within minutes. I'm very impressed, start to finish. I did not expect much of a response from anyone on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, let alone pickup first thing on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend!

Jonathan was great from start to finish. After Salvation Army declined taking our old couch I texted and asked for a quote on the couch to be disposed of. He gave me the price and I told him I'd see if it was taken overnight and if not, could he remove it same day? He said no problem. I texted him the following morning, we spoke on the phone, and the couch was removed 20 minutes later. He sent photos of the before and after. Good price, good communication, would use again if I need anything hauled.

Wow, we just had a terrific experience with Jonathan at 911 Junk Out! We've never done home renovations so when the contractors pulled out all our old appliances and asked when junk pickup would occur, I looked back at them blankly haha I did a quick search online and connected with Jonathan who was not only super helpful, but had a crew led by a guy named Josh at our place in NW DC in less than 30 minutes! The price was fair, Josh and the crew were friendly and fast, and we're now hoping they can help us move from our old place to our new place! Great experience w/ Jonathan. Was in a bind when none of my go-to's would take a 8-piece bedroom furniture set for donation. 911 Junk Out made it easy to set up same-day pickup, gave me a 2hr window of when they'd get to my house, called when they were 30min out, and were incredibly personable when they got here. To make me feel better, they said that they do have some local churches that they work with that will typically take items like mine to go directly to those in need. I'd definitely work with them again!
